Urb Magazine has an elusive (and amazing) cover of TV On the Radio covering the Thin White Duke's classic "Heroes". According to the article, TV On the Radio was HUGELY influenced by Bowie where Bowie even sang on Return to Cookie Mountain.

This is for upcoming charity album to support Warchild's Heroes album that will donate proceeds to children effected by war.
